Our Purpose: To help your organisation provide training and development to your people that is on target, fun, retained and above all helps them achieve their goals.
The leadership development training course was excellent from start to finish We couldn't have asked for a better facilitator in Sue and her knowledge level was to a very high standard. She presented in such a way that catered to all of the participants and made it a very interactive environment involving everyone. I not only met my objectives but left feeling I had learnt for more than I expected. I haven't laughed so much in a long time and found it to be a very positive experience. Thank you Sue.
The course was very well received and Troy was a great trainer. The way he presented it was very easy to understand and he covered off on a lot of items which were valid and useful. It was appreciated that he tailored the information to suit our team. Everyone learnt something and will put into practice what we were shown.
I would like to start by saying thank you very much for the engaging training on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Our team loved your energy, and most importantly how you adapted the training based on our needs as an organisation, not just following the same routine.
Another positive note is that Christian our CEO, has not stopped bragging about you to the company and his other friends.
I have to say I was blown away by the course, it was serious but I managed to have the best day and a quite a few laughs. Derrick is amazing at what he does, the whole class took no longer than 30 mins to relax and open up. I have taken life lessons away with me and now I just need to put them into practise, I have my manual in my desk at work and look forward to referring to it to help me be a better work colleague and better person. Thank You
There are many EA courses out there, and many of them aren't great. This course was the the best course I had been on. Derrick was knowledgeable, and the participants on the course were given the freedom to talk about their experiences and opinions in an open environment. Thank you so much.
On behalf of xxx Council I would like to extend a big thank you to you and Kirsten for the services you have provided over the past 3 months. It feels like a lifetime ago we were all trying to scramble to figure out how to function in the new working arrangements.
Today’s culture thrives on knowledge. Possessing knowledge gives advantages in making the right decisions or strategies to implement. The Internet distributes knowledge at split-second rates while laptops, tablets and smart phones bring knowledge to our fingertips in an instant. As the old adage says, “knowledge is power.”
Organisations have a wealth of knowledge accessible through the people they touch internally (employees) and externally (customers). Organisations that allow knowledge to go unmanaged may be giving their competitors the upper hand in the market. The organisation that is able to capture, store, and retrieve knowledge effectively is then capable of learning as an organisation. A learning organisation is one where employees are empowered to change and develop new methods, thoughts, and strategies that will advance the mission of their organisation.
Knowledge Management is the establishment of a system that captures knowledge purposefully for incorporation into business strategies, policies, and practices at all levels of the company. This course will teach participants how to initiate a knowledge management program at work. When it comes to knowledge management, any organisation is able to implement a strategy. Wherever there are humans working together for one goal, there is knowledge to be harvested, stored and dispensed as required.
