Yellow Belt Training provides fundamental skills in the Define, Measure and Control steps of the DMAIC process, this upgrade to Green Belt provides significant depth in the Analyze and Improve phases and empowers people with the ability to really drive improvements in their workplace.

During this course, participants will enhance their skills above the Yellow Belt level and develop:

Prior to accepting your enrolment, PD Training will provide you with an IASSC Practice Test to confirm your existing knowledge, and if accepted, we will provide you with the IASSC authorised Green Belt training materials a week before the course runs, so you can review the materials beforehand and pick up the training without missing a beat.
This upgrade course includes days 4 and 5 from the complete 5-day Green Belt course. It picks up from where the Yellow Belt training left off.
By moving up from the Yellow Belt to Green Belt, you will learn and develop substantial skills in the Analyse and Improve phases of DMAIC.
When you want a tailored learning experience targeting exactly what you want without bringing everyone physically together, the best choice is a Live Online Class run by PDT.
We tailor the content and activities to be specific to your current needs and the needs of the people and run the course in our usual activity-based workshop style training, however, the participants can all be offsite, or some can be in the room with others offsite.
Unless you have a preferred tools we use 'Zoom for Education' that includes enhanced collaboration features such as One-click content sharing, real-time co-annotation (people can work together in activity files), and digital whiteboarding, we also include things like live polls and group chats so you virtually have the same collaborative learning experience of attending a course in a room with other people.

Successful completion of these exams will provide you with the only independently administered global Six Sigma credential.
Conduct the exam directly on your computer from the comfort of your home or office on any day and time. Using our testing system a professional IASSC Proctor will personally meet you in our virtual online testing environment. Using your webcam you'll provide identification and the Proctor will authorize the execution of your exam session, staying with you through the testing and submission process. The proctor will ensure that the rules are followed and that you have the support you need while you take the IASSC certification exam directly on your computer from the comfort of your home or office.
